Refunds Our full refund terms are in our Refund Policy (https://pekangame.com/refund-policy). In short:
Order not delivered: we first try to deliver it again. If it still cannot be delivered, you choose either (a) a PekanGame store voucher for the full amount paid, issued immediately, or (b) a refund of the full amount paid to your original payment method, processed within 7 working days.
Order delivered: a successfully delivered order cannot be refunded or cancelled, as digital items cannot be returned.
Incorrect account details: if the item is delivered to the account details you entered, the order is final. If wrong details cause the delivery to fail, our support team will help you correct them and deliver again.
Store vouchers are non-cash store credit codes. They can only be used to buy products on PekanGame, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not expire.
